Accu-Bin PFS: Pass Fail Binning System

SYNEO’s Pass-Fail Binning System is tailored for automated, multi-bin output binning of rigid or semi-rigid tubing and wire materials. Combined with SYNEO’s automated mechanical, visual, or voltage-based Accu-Test inspection modules, this automated medical pass-fail binning inspection system offers enhanced part separation capabilities that isolate passed and failed components into separate bins. This separation capability preserves manufacturing lots and reduces lost operator time associated with manual separation of passed and failed components.
